  1. Radio waves and gamma rays are both types of electromagnetic radiation, but they are made in very different ways.

    Radio waves are usually made intentionally by humans. They are produced when free electrons move back and forth in an alternating current (AC), like in electrical circuits or aerials. This movement of electrons causes the wave to be released.

    In contrast, gamma rays are produced naturally and usually come from inside the nucleus of an atom. They are made during radioactive decay or nuclear reactions like fission or fusion. Gamma rays can also be released when the nucleus needs to lose energy and become more stable. This process happens without human control.
