Radio waves are usually made on purpose by humans, for example in electrical circuits or aerials. They are produced by free electrons that are made to move back and forth, usually by an alternating current. This movement of the electrons creates the radio waves.
Gamma rays, on the other hand, are not made intentionally. They are often made randomly during radioactive decay. Gamma rays come from the nucleus of an atom, not from the electrons like radio waves. They are caused by changes in energy levels inside the nucleus and are released to help make the nucleus more stable. Gamma rays can also be made during nuclear fission or fusion, and even during things like PET scans when particles annihilate each other.
