  1. The results show that changing the volume or mass of magnesium does not change the reaction time. The reaction in experiment 3 is faster than in experiment 2 because the acid concentration is higher. This means the acid particles are closer together, so there are more particles in the same space. This causes more collisions per second, so the reaction happens faster.
